His most recent roles have involved leading a project to review 500 products for an insurance regulator, process redesign for an overseas insurance regulator, and the Asset Protection Scheme for UK banks. Kapil is also cofounder and director of an HR process outsourcing specialist.

Nick Foster has over 10 years of experience as a senior consulting actuary in the public sector, advising insurance regulators both within the EU and outside.

She has designed and built reserving models as well as automating and enhancing pricing and Solvency II capital models. She has provided advice to UK government departments and overseas regulators.
